Ditch your regular jar of peanut butter and trade up for this simple three-ingredient cashew butter.
- 1 cup dry roasted cashews, unsalted
- 1/4 cup dried banana chips, roughly broken up
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend. You can blend until smooth, or leave it chunky per your preference. Store in a sterilized mason jar.
Best served on toast; with fresh strawberries, bananas, and apples; or drizzled on top of oatmeal.
