  • 1 frozen orange (unless you’ve got a Vitamix, you’re going to want to chop this before you freeze it)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp good quality cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup milk of your choice
  • optional toppings: granola, energy bar, fresh fruit
